The only reason I gave this a 1 star, is because I cannot give this review no stars. Do not EVER take your vehicle to alpha tire for anything. I took my Honda civic into Alpha Tire in mid Aug. for a minor repair. This cost me $110. In return they did over $1533 worth of damage to my car. The technician fried the computer. When they couldnt fix it, they told me to take it to the dealer. The dealer had to diagnose and replace the complete wiring harness and computer. They also had the vehicle for 3 weeks. A complaint to the NV DMV found them negligent, but they have no punitive authority, so nothing was done. A formal civil complaint has been filed in court and this will be presented before a judge. I will be seeking damages as well. If you have any doubts, ask them about the Audi Transmission they destroyed. A customer came in w/ his Audi for an oil change. They upsold him into changing the transmission fluid. The technician put in the wrong fluid, and destroyed the tranny.
