Had the spring break on my garage. I called this garage door company and they came out within a few hours and had it fixed fast. Price was right and service was great. I did call a few of the larger Garage Door repair places in my town and they all wanted $40 to $50 just for an estimate. The estimate would fee would still apply even if you had them fix the problem. That did not sit well with me so I found this garage door company (who charges no estimate fee) via the internet and went with them based on reviews here and was not disappointed. They also tightened up a bunch of stuff, oiled everything and replaced two of my rollers at no cost.

John Scott arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and diagnosed the best fix for my situation within five minutes. I agreed to the fix and he had it all done within a half an hour. This is an excellent company with highly trained reputable technicians. A five year warranty is not something you see very many of in today's businesses. These people are Olympic Gold quality. I highly recommend them.

I called them mid-morning hoping to have them come out the next day. They were able to come out in two hours. The service man was friendly and informative.

I had a broken garage door spring. He not only replaced the spring but completely went over the rails with lubricant, made sure all the moving parts are in good order, adjust the door to go up higher so I can actually open my SUV back door, this guy was great! Also the door goes up fast now! Worth every penny, and I am very happy with the garage door repair service that they have provided.

I got the internet app on my Google phone so I could find this garage door company phone number and call. Easier than looking it up on computer and easier than trying to find my invoice from 2 - 3 years ago.

Excellent service, great communication and advice about general garage door maintenance, really good with setting expectations and absolutely no surprises ... it was a pleasure doing business with them ... not to mention not getting nickel and dimed with fixing a minor scrap with one of my garage doors, oiling both doors and cleaning up afterwards, cannot recommend highly enough!

Shawn was awesome! I hired him to repair a friend's newly purchased garage. He called when he was near and arrived within the quoted timeframe. He was VERY professional and the quote I received from this garage door company was the price I paid. He also showed us some important safety tips to keep the vacant garage secure and even noticed a couple of windows unlocked -- he locked them and then walked through the garage to make sure the rest were secure.
