To all you people who complain that you brought your dog in & it had to be shaved and the groomer charged too much, well most likely your one of those customers that all groomers wanna just tell it like it is! The truth of the matter is you bring your dog in probably 4 times a year, you don't know how to use a brush, you probably don't even own one and you want us to torture your dog pull and dematt his coat until his skin is red and irritated then we have a vet bill on top of a free groom! Groomers get paid by comission! Our time is valuable so if you have a uncontrollable dog we are going to charge, ANYTHING that takes more time or puts stress on our tools that WE buy WE maintain we will charge! Oh yeah and learn to TIP!!!! It's a service!!!!!!

This PetsMart Is The BEST!! All My Friends Use this PetsMart. The groomers Love What They Do!! All Groomers There Have Lots Of Experience And Are Extremely Friendly! GREAT SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND! Five Stars In My Book And Several Others I Know! Keep Up The Great Work!
Please don't take your animal here! This place is run by young rude kids with no customer service skills! I have had so many bad experiences here I have finally decided to stop going all together. I drive to the next town for my pets needs! They have lost appointments, been rude on the phone and in person and have told me they don't have time to groom my dog on the weekends? When I am a paying customer? Any other grooming salon has no problem taking my dog!!
