Extremely unprofessional staff and treat patients very disrespectfully. Their charge nurse has had so many complaints against her that its amazing she is under their employ. She is rude and has a very childish attitude. She emphasizes her job title but not her job performance. I tried to use the lobby bathroom and not only was there toilet paper left on the floor from before to after I finished my treatment where my arm was infiltrated by a trainee. ( I guess I was the Guinea pig for the day) there has been feces under the toilet paper roll for over two weeks against the wall. Disguisting! I take a paper towel and pick up toilet paper off floor on routine basis as the staff is too lazy too bother but I'm not touching that without spray bleach and gloves. The best doctors and employees have left with the exception of a few old timers but the morale in the facility is extremely low.
