Horrible customer service! I have been a customer for years with Steve Dowdy. Things were working well as long as I did not need actual assistance from his office. I moved. I called into his office to provide my change of address, add a new vehicle, and obtain my adjusted bill. I paid in full and though everything was taken care of insurance wise for the next 6 months. Two months later, I find out that they are still sending mail to my old address. They changed my coverage on the vehicle I just added to full (max) coverage, when I requested basic liability. And the price they quoted me, that I paid in full, did not cover the new vehicle. Not only did they choose the coverage on my vehicle without my permission, but the only notification of this change was sent to my old address, not the new one that was on file. And to top it off, his office did not understand why I was disappointed with how my account was handled. And when I spoke with Steve, he was rude and never apologized.
