I called as a new patient needing help and was given an appointment for a Friday. When I arrived at the office, there was a note on the door saying they were closed to a holiday retreat. I called and got the answering service, who confirmed that other people had called with the same complaint. I left a message with the answering service that day and then left another message on the office's voice mail Monday morning, and more than a day later they have not responded to me.Thanks for making me feel like a valued patient, folks!

Dr Ettigi has taken care of my family and myself for a long time and we don't know what we'd do without him. Not only is he very intelligent but he's very intuitive and easy to talk to. He diagnosed problems with my daughter that I'd been searching for for years.I'm very impressed with Dr Ettigi.

The clerks mistreat you. It takes 2 weeks. You're sick, need help, so you call asking if there has been a opening that day. The first thing the clerk says is "new or existing patient?" When she hears new, she automatically says no, doesn't even look at the appointments. No matter what your condition, panic, anxiety, depression or all three together. When you call and need help you don't need "2 weeks" and clerk you get the phone finds out you're new they tell you no and hang up. These people obviously don't care. In 2 weeks, a person with severe mental depression could be dead, even suicide, and even by the way they are treated by this office. If you have panic, anxiety, or depression, go to a hospital! Do not even try these people. All they care about is insurance. Don't waste hopes, they don't care, you're an insurance claim. It is a sad thing when a clinic says they take care of people with psychotic disorders, and then abuses them. No one sick should be treated like this, NOBODY!
