We checked in late at night. The room we had was pretty clean with the exception of some brown liquid on the toilet. I could see that it wasn't poop so I figured it had splashed from the toilet brush. The next day when we went to make coffee in the room coffee maker, we discovered some gross moldy water in the well of (not in the carafe). My husband took it to the front desk and while they were grossed out, no offer of a discount or apology was made. The lobby and elevator needed a good cleaning. There were dust bunnies under the accent tables in the lobby area...those don't just appear overnight. Breakfast was sufficient but the dining area needed a good cleaning as well.
