When I bought my house 2 years ago, I did not realize it had a terrible drainage problem. Where we had a hard rain, half of my garage would literally flood. After wading through water several times to get to my car, I got quotes from 3 companies to fix the problem. It was going to cost thousands of dollars. When Michelle came to my house, she spent a considerable amount of time studying the various possibilities to resolve the problem and worked with me and my budget. She looked all around my house and gave me advice on how to prevent foundation problems in the future. AFS fixed my drainage problem at less than half the cost of my highest estimate. When I sold my house, Michelle was very accommodating with helping the buyer of my house understand the work that had been done and even met them at the house to explain. She even looked at the foundation for them while she was there. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and their quality work. They gave me excellent service during and after the work was performed. I would definitely recommend them!!

The people at Absolute Foundations are very courteous, and respectful/ They were very careful not to make a big mess in my yard and left everything as they found it when finished.
