Absolutely the worst service and treatment from employees. The owner does not care and when something goes wrong you are on your own. Enter at your own risk, but I advise your hardworking dollars should go to other businesses that value their customers.

I was not pleased at all with the services received at this establishment. I complained to the manager/co-owner of this facility about an article of clothing that was torn while in their care. I was upset over the situation because I was not told by any of the employees or the manager/co-owner that the clothing had been torn. As a matter of fact, the article of clothing was placed between other clothing as if nothing had occurred. When I brought this to John Doe's (manager/co-owner) attention, he quickly went on the defensive offering explanations of manufacture's defect, instead of an apology first and then an explanation as to why he thought this mishap occurred. I think this approach would have been more acceptable. I didn't appreciate the way he and the other employees laughed at the situation either because I did not see it as a laughing matter. So many untruths were told during the course of our interaction, and I can not decipher between those that were fact/fiction. I felt that my overall customer service experience was treated with such rudeness, disrespect, and disregard, and that is why I am writing this review. I wish I could post a picture to show the extent to which my clothing was damaged. All in all, it's really the principle of this entire situation that matters.
