Stay away from Family Carpet. They are habitually late with no excuses. They have no regard for the customers time. Don't know their products. Couldn't even answer a simple guarantee question on any if their products. Forgot samples when they came to my home. Over measured and charged me $600 more. Didn't show up with all the carpet and had to return to do another install. Installed incorrectly by the doors. Came back a second time to carpet my walk in closet and neglected to leave the large remnant that was left over. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice and they would resell it?? Don't be fooled by Michael (the owners) quiet demeanor. Went to their store to pick up my remnant..... Closed early! Ha!!! Called them and they stated they close at 4 two days a week. POST THAT ON YOUR STORE HRS!!! Not impressed with the $3000 carpet either Can't for see this business matching up to the many carpet stores in the area Very disappointed !!!!

Their prices are more than fair and very reasonable you won't find any "fine print" here and their customer service can't be topped. They care about their customers and make sure that you are happy with your purchase and the final, finished installation. Completely unlike the competition, they care more about your satisfaction than just "selling you a floor." You won't find nicer people, a better selection, better installation, and a better all-around experience anywhere! Thank you, Family Carpets! My new kitchen floor is beautiful and perfect!
