This place ROCKS! I was made to feel at home, Suzanna is one of the nicest managers ive ever dealt with. She is very helpful in directing you how to use the beds and recommending tanning lotions. She does a great job! i would highly recommend BODY TAN - good selection of beds and tanning packages. I have had NO bad experiences with body tan.

I think anyone who would say anything bad about body tan salon&spa are absolutely crazy!!! Body tan is honestly the best tanning salon i have ever been too. Its always so clean , classy and very allegiant. Also to top it off the owner and all the employees are some of the nicest people i have ever met. The prices at body tan are also very reasonable..i mean come on they only charge $29.95 a month for a year how great is that!!! if you want to go some where to get a great tan and great customer service body tan salon & spa is the place for you!!

I have been a customer of BodyTan for several years - even prior to the new management taking over two years ago. After my treatment yesterday, I will no longer waste my money here. It was made completely clear that keeping the customer happy and practicing good business ettiquette is not a focus of theirs. They upped monthly fees without notifying me and at least two other clients and when I asked to see the contracts at the location, I was informed they don't keep contracts on file at the business because it has personal information. They instead keep them AT HOME. When attempting to resolve the situation, I was hung up on, avoided when I entered the establishment, and then finally walked out on because the owner's wife couldn't handle the complaint. It is a business, but the owner tends to forget this. Instead of handling customer issues she stomps out of a room like a child. I have never before seen an establishment more lacking in class than BodyTan.

Has more class than any business in the Inland Empire. Best of the best.

My experience with Body tan had always been good. Recommending the tanning salon to family and friends. After my experience today I will no longer use or recommend the salon. The manager made it very clear and obvious that customer service is not a priority for the company. To further my disappointment I was told I could not speak to anyone else. The owner would not be available, and there is no web site or customer service representatives to accommodate situations like this. It is extremely upsetting when a manager uses sarcasm and belittles a customer. The Body Tan I remember cared about their customers, and went out of their way to keep them coming back. I'm extremely disappointed with the way that the manager handled my situation and will not return to the salon.
