I been meaning to review this place for over 9 months. My experience here is unforgettable! This was my first time purchasing a car on my own. I had a great experience with Tarik! He knew exactly what I wanted so he got me a 2013 Nissan Sentra I instantly fell in love with my cool sporty car. Tarik assisted and valued me as a great customer and even worked out an affordable deal for me. I was astonished since I have ok credit and I'm a first time buyer. I recommend this place as they are friendly and try to work with your credit and budget!

Far beyond the best customer service I've ever received. Not only did the salesperson Nick Hassan go far beyond his line of duty to make sure my son and I were cared for while the loan was being processed, I'd highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family because of their personalized attention plus exceptional service.

In the past I have always been excited about the new car I had decided on, but not the actual buying experience. I decided on a Chrysler 300S. My hesitation was replaced with excitement when I pulled into Moss Bros. in Riverside. The morale and attitude of the staff was positive. Nick Hassan in the Sales Department gave me the treatment of a guest in his own home. He and the Moss Bros. team were awesome. Despite my not so good credit, Nick negotiated an interest rate as if the purchase was his; he actually rejected and countered the bank a few times. Moss Bros found the Chrysler 300 with the color and exact options I wanted. I felt I got an awesome deal with minimum haggling. Nick also answered questions and taught me how to use the advanced tech features before leaving. This satisfied feeling was a first for me at a car dealer.

Ive been a member of this team since June 1994. Way back then I was struck by the level of professionalism in all of the managers. Of course I was just an entry level salesperson at the time but I had recently been discharged from the Marine Corps, and, believe me, I had some experience with how a well run organization did business. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to be promoted several times and am now part of the management team myself. Throughout the past 13 years I have witnessed many positive changes in the car business. One thing hasnt changed, though, and that is the way this organization treats its customers as well as its employees. That caring attitude is what has kept me here and it is why I enjoy being a part of this winning team so much.
