      Established in 1902, Riverside Eye Specialist has a history of providing quality eye care to community families for over one hundred years.The team at Riverside Eye Specialists offers a wide range of eye services, thus enabling our patients to retain one practice that is familiar with their records and medical history. We feel this is important in today's busy world where one physician might not know what another has prescribed. It allows us the opportunity to observe subtle changes before medical problems can become serious. It aids us in establishing trust with our patients.We are proud to report that our practice is at the cutting edge in state-of-the-art ophthalmic technology and procedures. We have expertise in treating all conditions of the eye, such as glaucoma, cataracts, refractive errors, retina conditions relating to diabetes and in particular, the advanced techniques of laser vision correction known as LASIK. Millions have benefited from LASIK and are now free of flasses and contacts for most, if not all, of their activities. LASIK has been proven to be safe and effective in clinical studies, and we offer the procedure to those patients whose visual prescription falls within correctable ranges.
