Dr yu was awesome. The staff was friendly and upbeat. They were able to help me get all fixed up.

I wish I had read reviews before going to this dentist. Unfortunately, I subjected my entire family to their poor service before I realized that we needed a change. First, they try to upsell you on many things that your insurance doesn't cover. For my wife in a financial patient care person who wanted her to do a $1000 "deep cleaning". They ended up getting us for about $500 on other things that had to be fixed by a better dentist later. For me, The financial patient care person had a bill for $700 for things like lazer treatment on my gum above a fake tooth...and at one point told me I had the beginings of a cavity and once I said I wasn't paying out of pocket they said its a full blown cavity and I needed immediate attention. I left without paying anything additional. The worst part is I actually let my kids go to this West Coast dental and one of them saw Dr. James Park. I did not find out until afterwards that Dr. Park decided to restrain my 3 year old son by strapping him down to a board. When i called in to talk to the office about this practice, they actually tried to defend his use of a thing called a papoose. Look it up, even the Dentist Boards say that using this device can cause a child physical and mental harm. It was only my sons 2nd time at a dentist...unbelievable. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else. I give this place a negative 5 stars.

They ripped my husband off for hundreds of dollars for work not even done! Do not use this group ever!

Beware! On my first appointment this office led me to believe I would be coming in for a cleaning as I requested. Instead they did a plethora of x-rays and extensive exams. Dentist then told me several treatments and procedures that needed to be performed and it would cost a great deal of money with my insurance. Talking to their finance person is liking to to a used car salesperson who will start high and go lower when you object. Oh, and I was told I had to come back for my cleaning. I was about to accept that so after I complained they agreed to do the cleaning. Stay away!

I’ve been going here for a few years because they were great with kids before, but now they torture your children. Today I took my 9 year old son in was asked to wait outside in the lobby. I normally stay, but he behaves very well so I waited and he can handle pain very well. I come to find out he is in tears and they don’t stop. He even asked for me but the dentist refused. So pissed off! I will never go here again.
