I highly recommend against taking your vehicle to this Auto Shop. I have taken my car here once before and had no issues, everyone was nice, the price was fair, and my car was fixed in great timing. My car broke down a few months after this and I thought it would be a good idea to get it towed there again. When I arrived at the shop with my car they told me they would find out what was wrong and why it would not start. They did not say I would be charged for this labor, they did not give me a flat rate, and they did not charge me for a diagnoses the previous time I was there when my car also would not start. My car arrived very late that business day, so I did not hear back until late morning the next day with an estimate. It was over $1300 so I decided to not have it fixed. I looked over the bill and saw a diagnoses charge of $80, I was unaware of this but found it to be fair for the work that was done. When I showed up at the shop later that week to pay and get my car towed the owner informed me that they had to be compensated for there time and it was $160 that was due. My car was not even put back together, It was in the parking lot with the tire back on, and all of the parts to my timing belt and everything were in the trunk of my car. The owner then informed me if they were to put it back together they would have to charge me even more. I told him this was unfair, and needed to be discussed/negotiated further. At this, the owner called off the tow truck and told him to leave, he took his personal truck and blocked my car in the parking space, he went into the auto shop building and locked the door. This was late, but only 4:53 PM on a Friday and they closed at 5 PM. This is not a professional business, and the owner is a crook.
