Worst customer service ever! I have a home warranty through First American and this is the company they dispatched. I called them on Friday after i got their number from FA and the guy said he would be out here on Monday morning at 8 am. He said if i didn't hear from him by 9am to call him. I called and he said it would be 1030 to 11am before he would be here. At 12 i called again, he said another 30 minutes to an hour. I called FA back and asked them to confirm that he was coming out today, he called and said it would be another 30 minutes to an hour. At 2:15pm i called him and he said he again wouldn't be out for another 30 minutes. At this point i was fed up, i proceeded to b***ch him out on the phone and told him he was wasting my time, i should have been at work that day and didn't have time for stupid games. He then got combative and said that he tried calling me two times and i didn't answer. I had full signal the entire time and he was just playing chicken sh*t games. So i let him go and called Shoreline Plumbing at 2:30pm, they had a plumber out at 5pm the same day and he fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Stay clear of A1 plumbing they are worthless and will only waste your time.

Also, the guy sounds like he is on drugs and can barely string together a coherent sentence.

I'd rate him lower than a one star, but sadly that's not allowed. Check him out on BBB if you don't believe our word about him being the worst plumber ever. On that note, here is my complaint. Long story short, he never calls you and doesn't show up on time. If you call him he'll tell you "I'll call you back, I'm in the middle of something." (You're one of the lucky ones if he actually calls you back.) He shows up with no materials, then leaves again and will be gone for a couple hours. Shows back up with NO materials still then says he's waiting for his helper. When the "helper" and materials finally arrives, he does a crappy job on the work. He leaves the area a mess and doesn't clean up after himself. If you have an animal, I highly encourage you to keep them in a different room because he will hit your animal. He actually hit my dog and claimed to be petting him... Also whatever work he does will have to done again because he didn't do it right the first time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from him.

We have BPG warranty and had to use this guy. He was a no call and no show 4 times. I had to call him each time and he always said he would be there in 30 minutes and never would show up. We used him (or tried to) back in Oct. 2014 and I still have not heard from him. We had to pay out of pocket for a different plumber that was not totally covered by BPG.

Also this guy cussed at me and told me I was a liar that I never called him, he was so rude. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

We ended up using Oceanside Plumbing they came the same day in and out with everything working again.

NEVER shows, NEVER calls. I have BPG home warranty, i put in a claim with them and he should have called me to set up an appointment. Almost a week later I had to call him. He set up an appointment but never called our showed. I called him, he st up another appointment for the next day (after making multiple excuses), again, never called, never showed. Started dealing straight with the warranty company, he repeated to miss several more appointments, he has NEVER called

I read the other reviews that was given and are having the exact same problems. The plumber came out yesterday and said, "sorry, we cant find your sewage lines... we have to go and get something and come back... they leave and come back and stayed on their phones the whole time! First American home buyers refuse to dispatch us another plumber.. at the end of yesterday the plumber said, "sorry still can't locate the sewage line so we have to go get "special equipment" and come back out tomorrow.. we have been waiting all day and they have yet to call or come out!!! They asked me yesterday, "do you think your husband would mind paying $175 for us to go get our "specual equipment"... We have had a horrible experience and the problem still isnt fixed!

we have first American homebuyers home warranty and we were having trouble with our toilets so they came out the same day look at them said what was wrong with them then said they would have to contact my home warranty to see if they could covered what needed to be fixed it was covered and they had appointments to come out four different times and cancelled every time. I'm about to call my home warranty and tell them I want a new plumber!!!! all this man ever says is call me by this time if I don't call you you call me in which he never does call ,you always end up having to call every single time
