Founded in 1981, Medical Network One is a physicians services organization that provides health management services. Medical Network One and its division, The Michigan Institute for Health Enhancement, designs, develops and delivers chronic disease management and disease prevention programs. It staffs a team of physicians, nurses, health professionals, employers and corporate health partners. Additionally, Medical Network One offers administrative support services to more than 750 primary care and specialty care physicians in Michigan and Ohio. The facility serves more than 90,000 patients through managed care and indemnity insurance programs. Medical Network One s diabetes education program is accredited by the American Diabetes Association. Additionally, it runs a range of obesity programs to implement weigh loss strategies for children. Medical Network One is located in Rochester, Mich.
