I had been with Advanced for several years. Always the same story, rates kept increasing after the first couple billing cycles. Fees and surcharges being added until it got ridiculous. Then I'd call, they would reduce the price and after a couple billing cycles rates would increase, more fees and surcharges. The actual trash pickup service was good, the way they did business was unacceptable. Customer service was terrible.

I highly recommend Advanced Disposal.....there have been a couple of times i forgot to put my recycling container or garbage container out and they got out of the truck and pulled them out to empty them! Now that's over and above. When I have had billing questions the local office answers my questions promptly.

The service is simple, pick up garbage, which they do well. The women in the office are of no help. VERY poorly trained in customer service and conflict resolution to the point of being aggressive. Beware if you need to deal with them.

Please don't sign up with this company!! The garbage pick up service was just okay but when I needed to call with assistance with their online bill pay they weren't helpful . I canceled this week and then they informed me of all their fees they charge for that. $40 to pick up their own trash cans. When I asked why this is not listed on their bills or at time of signing up with them they informed me they notify us at time of cancelation . They also raise their rates every 6 months and hope you don't notice. Save yourself a headache and go with a company a little more honest.

I can't say enough critical things about this particular garbage removal company. The drivers routinely would cut corners in a number of ways. 1. literally knocked things over on the corners, not carefully driving. 2. if something was outside the garbage container (even if they spilled it) they would rarely pick it up. 3. they would throw the recycle bins & not care if it was windy where they would end up. 4. generally not friendly 5. when our community got a different garbage removal company in, they were terrible about responding to picking up their garbage recepticals. The new company is a breath of fresh air. I didn't know there was such a thing as a team of people like them that go the extra mile to do little things so you don't have to worry about coming home to a mess, sometimes made by the crew that was there. I was afraid to walk my dog after they had been there because surely there would be some gook on the road or garbage flying around. I never see that from the new on
