Giving one star because you can't give less and still be recorded. Dan did my taxes for years, however as soon as I was audited by NYS he no longer returned my calls and only rarely returned emails. The first audit took a YEAR to finish due to communication. The second time Dan did the same and added lying to me that it was being dealt with. Well, after a tax warrant, freezing my accounts, and having NYS take what they said they were owed it's done. All without Dan acknowledging the situation by call or email. Save your money and find a reputable CPA to do your taxes accurately and then support you should you be audited. Do not waste your time, money, and sanity with Dan Kubiak
