      Customer service is a joke. The Eastman Savings and Loan I knew was not like this. Rude customer service. Home equity process sucked. I went to another financial institution.

      ESL is now a big bank run by greed and money making schemes. Not a credit union anymore. They do pretend to be a credit union. What a joke. George Eastman would roll over in his gave to see what they did to Eastman Savings and Loan. Since 2005 this bank has gone to hell.
