      About Dr. Dadashev Vladimir Y. Dadashev, M.D., is a spine neurosurgeon who specializes in the comprehensive treatment of the spine. He treats patients with conditions of cervical, lumbar, and thoracic spinal disc herniation, stenosis, sciatica, spinal instability, and neck or back pain. Dr. Dadashev puts great emphasizes on exhausting nonsurgical routes and alternatives first. And only when nonoperative modalities fail he chooses to proceed with a surgery. He uses advanced minimally invasive approaches, from minimally invasive microdiscectomies to minimally invasive spinal fusions when appropriate.
