In response to review by arielpdog12, we are very sorry this client was not completely satisfied with our services. Our main goal in every case is client satisfaction. This is evidenced by the fact that this client had a 3+ hour initial free evaluation. Upon retaining our services, we received and responded to well over 150 documented e-mails and phone calls from this particular client. As with any type of law, sometimes unfortunate events are unavoidable. Our attorneys did their absolute best, given the circumstances of this case. After the case was filed, this client terminated the relationship with our firm. This client continued to e-mail, call, and instant chat through our website, expecting legal advice. This client even expected us to appear at a hearing after no longer being represented by our firm. It was at this point that our communication stopped. For liability reasons, our attorneys cannot provide legal advice to people who are no longer clients. We wish this client the best with the case.

Their Bankruptcy Department isn't much help to us. Yes they did get things filed, however, there were many omissions to our petition that we had to have them correct. We were charged for the amendment, even though it wasn't our making the mistakes. We did review everything & made the necessary corrections before it was filed, however, once it was filed & we saw the end result, there were still errors. When we had questions for an attorney, it would take multiple e-mails before we'd ever receive a reply from them. I know they're busy & have a lot of clients, however, it shouldn't take one multiple times e-mailing them to have a question answered. This isn't the way to run a business. Please think twice before hiring this company.
