if you value good communication, good advice, and good follow through.. Don't use these guys, We are in worse shape now than before our bankruptcy, due to their lack of communication, call backs, responding to email, etc.! do your research with them, i wish I would have read the other reviews prior to consulting with them, don't get taken by them. Go somewhere where communication is valued!

Don't get caught in the trap of this attorney firm. They will take your money with no hesitation but they don't give a care about you personally. I lost my case because of their lack of thoroughness. They caused my case to be delayed, misrepresented my salary and then, because they did not research non-qualified annuities, I lost one for nearly $30K. They will not return my correspondence now that I have demanded my fee back. This company is interested only in your fee - not you! Beware.
