They recently installed a Rheem Dual HVAC system and the crew members that completed the work, Bobby T, Lead Technician; and Zander M, Brandon W., Dave M. and Adam, Install Technicians, were very knowledgeable, skilled and courteous. We have used Ray O. Cook since 2005 and are return, satisfied customers.

I san was prompt. He was sensitive to my time crunch. He was friendly to my tenants. Sab explained was was necessary and what could be extra.

From the office staff to the estimator Danny and the installation team of Bobby, Rick and Brandon I could not have had a better experience. It was great to see a team with such a great work ethic who absolutely made it a detailed point to make sure the job was done as if they were working on their own home. The installation team showed up on time and got right to work each day keeping me in the loop on their plan for the day and was always able to provide concise answers to every question I had during the course of their work. They were polite, honest and I very quickly got a sense that they could be trusted to be working at our home whether I was present or not. Ray O.Cook is a first class company from the top down and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. I can be tricky to please at times but from top to bottom Ray O. Cook Heating & Air blew me away with their customer service, knowledge and dedication to doing the job perfect to make sure I was fully satisfied as their customer.

Improved our A/C output with the basic diagnostic and some adjustments. I was not at home at the time, but Bryan kept constant communication with me about his progress via cellular. Honest and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and will use Ray Cook again in the future.

Sonny was on time and such a professional. My knowledge on HVAC is limited but Sonny was kind enough to bring me up to speed and explain the process and what he was working on. He didn’t try to be a salesman’s like past companies we’ve had service our unit. My family and I are very happy with Sonny and the service he provided for us. Our home feels so much cooler with all the tips and tricks Sonny shared with us about positioning our vents, etc. We will definitely go back to Ray Cook because of the great experience. Thank you.

We were scheduled 2/27/18 for a maintenance on our home heating system between 2pm & 4pm. Bryan Ibay the service technician called prior and asked if possible since he was ahead of schedule could he come earlier, which was even better. He came out, put on shoe covers (to prevent tracking in outside debris)explained what he’d be doing and got to work. He changed out the air filters, checked the unit in the attic, ran the heating system and completed the service call and explained useful filters for the future. Ray O Cook has experience technicians and we are pleased with the Rheem system they installed in 2016, no complaints.

We recently had our heat and ac units replaced, as well as new ducts. It was good to see the air flow test data, and to clearly understand from Paul M. the best system setup needed. The install was finished within the week, and the whole team was really focused on Customer service. We now enjoy steady, even heat in all rooms. We can't wait to try our new ac in the summer.

Sonny was right on time with a phone call before to let me know he was coming. He was very professional and nice. I would recommend him and the company to anyone!

Came home from shopping at 1:30 pm. My neighbor had called to say my air conditioning unit was making a lot of noise. Went outside, and it sounded really bad. Turned everything off and called Ray O Cook. Actually spoke to a live person! Turns out they could come today! By 4:30 everything fixed! Nice technician who explained everything to me.

Had a new AC/ Heating unit put in. Owner and staff were professional and knowledgeable. Also patient to work with us while we found loan source for payment. Had an issue with AC 2 years later which they took care of. Return calls quickly and come at the time indicated.

When our heater went out last winter it was urgent that we got it fixed right away. These guys were able to come out the same day that I called and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

We use Ray O Cook for our rental properties as well as our primary home. Friendly, honest, and they do great work. Wouldn't use anybody else for our heating and cooling.

AC kept kicking the breaker every few hours, a guy came out, fliped the breaker, said my filter was dirty and recomemded to change the fuse box and add kick start for the compressor for 300$ each, but said other than that it should be now working, wanted to charged another 60$ (on top of service call charge) for 'reseting' the system as he said. He left it went out again, so I reset the breaker myself 2 or three times while waited for electrician to come out and inspect the breakers and the box. After the inspection there was absolutely nothing wrong with wires, breaker or the box (other than it was looking old on the outside). Called them again to come recheck the problem, they wanted to charge me another service call fee, at that point I figured might as well call another company. I'm beginning to think they just employ a whorde of incompetent technitians and make their money on service calls. I can't account for any other reason of such horrible diagnosis.
