      We dealt with Bobby of S & S Appliance Repair in Roseville, CA. He was clean, friendly, professional & inexpensive. We would have given him all perfect scores but he promised to get back to us regarding research he was doing for us on another appliance and he never did. Even when we called and reminded him. So he loses points for not returning calls. But he did good work for a reasonable price.

      It was of course a Sunday and our fridge went on the fritz. I contacted several different appliance companies in the area. Either they were closed or just couldn't come by the house til Tues. or Wed...but our food was going bad! I contacted S & S Appliance Repair at 1:30pm and they told me someone would be out today between 3pm-5pm. Well, at 3:01pm, someone rang the doorbell. He checked out the fridge, gave me a quote, I said ok, and he was done and out the door (and cleaned up around and inside the freezer) at 3:44pm. I had a good experience with the repairman. Didn't charge me a lot, had the parts in his truck and fixed the problem so I could move on with my life. He was very nice, wasn't pushy, and very professional.
