My rent went from $1375 a month under a year lease term to $3,069 for a month to month!!!!!! All the neighbors appear to have different rents for the same building facing the same way with the same number of bedrooms which seems to depend on what they think they can squeeze out of you. I got a lawyer for these crooks!! Remodels are a joke and poorly done. No granite! Parking is a mess! HOA FEES!!! STAY AWAY AND DON'T BELIEVE THEIR POLITENESS!

It's always quiet. I feel like I'm living at a resort. Maintenance is responsive and thorough, the hot tub is always hot! Parking needs attention and I wish the tenants would not use the walkways as their personal ashtray. Otherwise, I'm delighted I found this place.

Over 1K a month for 2br 1 bath. Broke my lease after 4 months. Crime there is SO BAD!! In one weekend, someone tried to break into my apartment at 3AM, while I was home, a car was stolen the night before and a fight between neighbors broke out ending in blood in front of my door. Security had me on hold for 30 minutes just to find out it’s a call center back east. Management is always in the dark or at least that’s what they say.



Apartments have paper thin walls. You can hear your neighbors TOO well! Very noisy place to leave! Builder very old and smelly. Toilet runs ALL the time!! I wish I would have read the reviews before moving in. It looks like these problems have been going on since 2007.



Please beware!!

nice wooded setting in a great location within walking distance to a shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store.

There's a nice activity center open every day.
