Took my son to after hours to be seen. Waited an hour in the room and no one ever came to see him. We got really impatient and decided to leave. Very disappointing. We even had a scheduled appointment. I am never using there after hours clinic again. Very short staffed.

Very disappointed in ARC's "after hours" nurse line. If you're ever sick after hours, DON'T expect a nurse or doctor to even call in a prescription!!! They will not. I recently had an experience where my spouse needed care while we were on vacation, and all nurse Nancy would say is that he needed to go to an Emergency room. She was absolutely RUDE and disrespctful when I questioned her on her recommendation. I asked that she have a Dr. call me back - and then she called back saying that the Dr. didn't need to speak to me because they were not going to write any prescrption. Bottom line, an over the counter $5.99 medication that was recommended by a pharmacist worked like a charm. I'm very disappointed in the treatement and lack of care we received.
