I had been going to Dr. Ducote for almost a year. He seemed very nice and caring. He had a 5-tooth bridge done for me. It was too big and did not fit properly. He cleaned off as much of the bulk as he could leaving me with two big black metal teeth right in front of my mouth. The last thing he said to me was he would get back with the lab and see what they would charge to make another one, he would not charge me for his work. When I left his office, I was paid in full on my account. I waited about two weeks, called the office, was told he was still waiting for a response from the lab. I waited another few weeks, called and got the same response. I was embarrassed by the black teeth. I went to my son's dentist and he put a white coating on my teeth. I never called Dr. Ducote again, his office has never called me. I had to wait 5 years for my insurance to pay for a bridge again. As of yesterday, I have my new bridge. I am also $4000 in debt after my insurance benefit.

Do not use this dentist! I went to "Dr. D." when I was pregnant and having tooth pain. He performed a root canal on the tooth (last summer). Then this Winter the tooth broke. I called the office and was told I couldn't be seen for months. So I found a new dentist. The new dentist found that Dr. D drilled through the root of my tooth causing a severe infection. I went to a specialist but it couldn't be saved and had to be cut out. Because it's a molar I had to get a dental implant. Fast forward to now (thousands of dollars later) when they are trying to bill me further for the botched root canal from a year ago because they messed up something with my insurance. I do not recommend this office!

I went for the first time today. His front office staff is very nice and helpful. Diane cleaned my teeth and she is wonderful. Did a really nice job and was very friendly. Dr. Ducote saw me very briefly - he was nice, maybe a little reserved. But, I didn't have any problems with my teeth, so perhaps that is why he was real quick. They are moving to a new office next month. I will definately go back to them.
