I was treated like a piece of meat on a metal slab. I was mistreated and misled about the so called 'open MRI'. The technician assured me that my head would be outside of the machine because I'm claustrophobic. He even demonstrated it for me. Once we got started,, that was not the case!! I was having a panic attack the entire time. He never spoke to me at any time throughout the ordeal. The experience was traumatizeing! You don't trick patients into doing something just because you're in a hurry to get your Job done. The technician was cold and dismissive and didn't even have the decency to help me on and off the MRI guerney knowing I have a fractured vertebrae. He just watched me struggle in pain. Complete betrayal of trust. Appalling!

This is a first class medical testing lab, they are very professional & very courteous & thorough. Ever Dr. Basha himself was there making sure everything was running perfectly , i even talked with the head of the department for billing & she made sure my insurance was on the same page a & made many calls with my crappy insurance ( Priority Health ) would authorize the MRI . I would highly recommend them, very thorough & even give you a copy of your MRI on DVD in case your Dr cant find the copy the sent to them , no long waits either , everything runs like a fine swiss watch

Superb medical imaging clinics! My mother had her MRI at Basha and she had a wonderful experience. We were very nervous when her doctor informed her that she may be suffering from cancer and needed an MRI asap. The hospital put my mother on a two week waiting list and wanted to charge a fortune because of my mother's high deductible. Thankfully we heard about Basha, which provided an appointment within 2 days and the service was very comforting for my mother. Great doctors interpreting the images.

Excellent experience. Everyone I dealt with here was knowledgable,f riendly and on task. One of the few medical facilities where i didn't feel like I was going through an assembly line. You know, that "Next!" feeling. Everyone took the time to talk with you about the procedure, what to expect, how to prepare, I was totally at ease. Even Dr Basha himself took time to talk with me, make sure I was comfortable, he even wheeled me out to the car himself. what a great experience in this world where Doctor's time seems to be as precious as gold or oil. Go here, you wont regret it.

I've had MRI’s at other facilities in the past and was dreading another one due to my past experiences with them. So to say I was thrilled with my experience at Basha today would be the understatement of the century! The staff…outstanding, really outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, clean, respectful, all good! The facility…outstanding. Clean as a whistle, easy to park and get into, your own room for leaving your belongings in which gets locked immediately, just nothing bad to say about it, at all! And the equipment! STATE OF THE ART! When they say it’s an “open MRI”, that’s what you will find. I had absolutely NO problem getting through the MRI. It was like night and day compared to the other supposed “open MRI’s” I've had in the past. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to go back there if I ever need another one and HIGHLY recommend it!
