He chose to use an eye laser medical surgery device,
per direct confirmation with the U.S. Federal Drug Administration, for it's non-intended or tested purpose, making my operation
much more risky, even though it was elective surgery. In the pre-surgery consult meeting these items were not discussed with me,
so I could of aborted the surgery. Patient highly dissatisfied with his care, practices and surgery results. This doctor has no right to suggest experimental refractive surgery for elective surgery with extensive risk of permanent new cornea issues. You got my cash and I trusted you, no more!
