I bought my wife aring, a wedding band and another band to go with it. I needed on extra matching band to finish up the ring. They no longer "use" that carrier anymore. We talked about options. They said we can have it custom made. So I get it at a great price when I get it the first time ($2000). The second time were looking at "sorry, there's no more ring of that style available to us to sell to you". It was so nice. I had a nice lunch with my wife and on the spur of the moment, I decided to asak her if she wanted to go and get the last band on her wring to make it complete and more beautiful than ever. We go into the store and the dissapointment begins. I'm terrible unsatisfied about where we are left staning and I've already paid for the ring $10,000. If i'm forced to go to another jewelry store and start a whole new relationship, I'm losing in more ways than one. I think they should make it right. Make the ring and sell it to me for the same price as what I would pay for one today, which I'm willing to accept, Think about these questions if you plan on building a ring at Jared's and it mike take some time to pay thousands of dollars before you can purchase the next piece. We will see. I'm going to lay it on the line and see if they will make me a deal to make us both want to keep our business relationship. All I ask is for a nine stone, 1 carat total weight band in white gold.
