My 92 year old grandmother developed a very bad rash all over her entire body from being in an assistant living home and my mother brought her here 3 times to find out what this very bad, itchy red rash was. They never came up with a diagnoses, so my grandmother suffered her last 6 months in pain and itchy. Well to find out after she just past away (R.I.P) she has scabies. She had crusted scabies on her scalp. Now this contagious bug red rash has been spread among my family and it is very hard to kill these bugs. Some I personally do not think this office knows what they are doing. Sincerely, Very concerned
