I have taken Taxi cabs in the US all over the World, even in very poor 3rd world Countries and this Taxi service is by far the worst ever. The number 66 was 35 minutes late, the car was filthy, the driver was dressed inappropriately and looked like a vagrant. He was smoking and listening to loud rap music. I called ACE later on in the afternoon and after trying to explain about the condition of the Taxi and the driver I, was appalled by her rudeness and response she didn't even allow me to finish and basically I was told that if I wanted a cleaner car I should have called a Limozene. I do not recommend Ace Taxi, Ancient City, Yellow Cab, their quality of Customer Service is very poor and unprofessional.

If I could have negative reviewed I would have!!! The cabbie asked me for 40 percent tip on 10 percent service. When I called the office I got told to f%ck off they don't serve jax beach. I was certainly in an ace cab I wouldn't forget it. Worst service ever... avoid at all costs. Uber instead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude! Laid on the horn at 6am in the parking lot of my hotel to tell the person he was picking up that there even though the man was standing at the curb!

Terrible,rude,I cant even explain how pist I am at this company I put in a time call for 5 called back 15 min to to make sure said no problem he will be there on time.so 5 came and went I tried calling back no answer so called another cab what would u know same company he said u know what the cabs about there but I'm gonna cancel it the can literally pulled up I walked out and he drove off.Can't wait to see them again.

ace taxi has been worst drivers I have ever seen in cab driving and I have ridden in cabs in New York I was almost clipped by a driver who was supposed to stop at a stop sign when I did not have one and she decided to roll stop and then blow through and when I told her good job she proceeded to yell at me through a close window and tell me it was my responsibility to stop for her I will never use this taxi company ever they are awful drivers and horrible mean people if it was an option I would give them - 5 stars

Driver of cab #7 puled out recklessly in front of us on 207, nearly causing an accident. Tried to call the company to complain, but the dispatch wouldn't accept my call. When we pulled up next to the driver at the 312 stop light, he just shrugged, as if there was nothing that we could do. There is something You can do- don't risk getting into a cab with a driver who has dangerous driving habits.

Very rude I called and tried top order a taxi and the guy cursed at me then hung up on me

Not even sure where to begin...cab driver smoked in the car the whole time, acted as if he was high/drunk or otherwise...driving on rumble strips the whole time. cab itself was old, delapidated, and smelled terrible, and to top it off after arriving at our destination fee was $25...for a 5 min/3 mile ride. I would have rather walked.

Worst service ever. Cab was late, way over priced, smelled horrible like gas was leaknig, driver coughing like he had emphazema, people on phone as rude as could be. You would be better off walking than calling this company.
