This guy is a complete joke! My husband went in there because his feet were hurting real bad and he needed something nice for work. The guys motto is about how everyone is wearing the wrong size shoe and they don't even realize it. She my husband goes in and finds that he is a 12.5 and had been wearing a 13. Maybe that's the problem? So we order the shoes and they come in. He brings them home only to realize that the box is a size 13. We called back to see what the deal was. "We don't have that shoe in half sizes." Seriously!!? That is what you pride yourself on. What a joke!

Horrible experience and the owner himself treated us like crap. My family and I have gone to Boot Shack for years and have bought many pairs of boots from them. However, when my sister and I went to shop for boots for my wedding, we were treated horribly. The salesman (which I later found out was Kevin Durken, the OWNER) repeatedly ignored my requests for the type of boot I wanted and my price limit. After an hour of this, he had not even asked my sister if she was interested in the pair of boots she had been holding in her hands that whole time. When I told the salesman that I had made a decision and wanted him to help my sister, he took us aside and accused us of wasting his time, was paranoid that we were going to leave and buy on the internet, and told me that the only way he would help my sister is if I bought the boots I thought I wanted first, pretty much trying to force the sale. After this treatment, we left. Needless to say, my family and I will NEVER give them our business again.

Very poor customer service! They are only interested in people with "large" pocket books. I am truly disgusted by these people

I received 2/$50 gift certificates. I went to purchase boots, was told I could not use them on disc. merch. BUT Gift cards are just that, same as cash I was told that I could not use my gift cards on "sale items", I had to pay full price for the item if I wanted to use my gift certificate. NO WHERE does it say "cannot be used on discounted items". It DOES say "Good towards your purchase, may use (1) or (2) per visit ONLY, NO CASH BACK. Gift certificates are to be treated as cash, the money has already been spent. Company will NOT make this right and is extremely rude. I previously had very HIGH thoughts of this business and went FAR out of my way to give them business. Will not return back.
