I was recently at a business conference in Miami and rented a car through National. I accidentally left my E-Book behind when I turned it in and flew back to Texas. They contacted me to let me know they found it and are in the process of sending it to me. I have their Emerald card because they seem to be the most efficient and reputable.

Horrible Service at JFK Apo. My wife had just had a car accident due to a snowstorm that had slammed CT. Im onboard a flight from Panama to JFK on Bussness. My wife says " hun, I can't come pick you up because of weather issues! I said Okay... car rental? Yes, Indeed National ready for pick up at airport! i said great hun... see you then! Through out all this I never told my wife I had been robbed in the taxi or had lost my personal baggage at my previous connecting flight! I arrived at JFK first thing the agent at national car re says ccard ? yes. hum no Visa ? my cc cards n other belongings are lost n I have the airline report to show you proof that I lost my bags! The Agent says well I cannot Accept your Visa nor Cash.. so best for you is take train n then bus to CT.... OMG . I couldnt believe it! my wife even called to offer the MC number ..they didn't allow it....with this story I advise everyone please!!!!! Never trust national at the airport because you will stay stranded at 1am

This is the cheapest rental car company.they have a wide variety of vehicles from cars to trucks,Suvs etc.The service are very much customer friendly and courteous.This rental company is mostly available.The rates are very less when compare to other rental car companies.They have flexible pickup times and even if you need it early hours they provide you with prior calling and confirming the same.if you dont have wide coverage plan under your auto insurance you can opt for the plans under them.sometimes on their sites they will provide hot deals which will be upto 25% off of the entire rent.There is a option of unlimited miles which will be more economical.I compared the prices of rent4less with all the major rental companies,then i came to a conclusion to rent here.So dont think less price then less quality of service.The renting vehicles are of good condition and will be brand new.i have become a regular customer for them.No second

Don't let a confirmation number think you actually have a car waiting. Arrived at airport in Fayetville to find there were no cars to be rented even though I booked the trip a month ago and had my confirmation number in hand. I was told a vehicle could be delivered to my hotel and was offered a ride which I accepted. Three hours later and no vehicle I called National to find no cars were still available. I now have to rely on a taxi service for my business traveling until the car is delivered. I realize this is not that big of a deal, but I rented a car for a reason and expect fair service based on the process the company has in place. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, gracious, and apologetic. Still a very frustrating experience and worth writing a review (which I have never done before).

i don't agree with a spouse paying extra to drive the car when your'e married.As a extra driver.

Definitely an attitude problem at the check in counter. My experience involved the staff at the location near T. F. Green Airport in Warwick, RI. I can somewhat understand their policy of not accepting rentals without a credit card, but their policy is not clearly stated on their website, and they confirmed my reservation, which I made with a debit card. They did not honor the confirmed reservation when I went to pick up the car, and their staff's attitudes about the whole mess were just short of nasty. I was left having to scramble for a car on the morning of my departure. I would not recommend this car rental agency.

I just called the local number at the Airport to ask a question about a car, which I'm picking up tomorrow and the woman who answered the phone said "I'm too busy to talk to you call the 800 number!"

My flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until close to midnight. The location that I rented from closed at 10PM. They stayed there and waited for me to arrive so I wouldn't be stranded. These guys are awesome!

best staff around i rent weekly and the vehicles always seem like new

Friendly staff, clean and dependable car. Will rent through National again!
