I've never had any problems. They're always nice to me.

I've had two important letter mailed to me one priority mail and went to the Spanish Lakes post office and they sent it back twice and talk to them in person everyday for a week finally after 3 weeks I got it. The other letter I still haven't received and its been three weeks now. I've had this address for 3 years now. Use another service for important mail.

use another location for anything but stamps due to long lines and less than favorable service. I had a package sent Priority mail sent 12/20/2010 from New Jersey and returned to New Jersey Postal Service 12/30/2010 as undeliverable to my address of the last 16 years. New Jersey forwarded the item March 2011 after opening the package verified that the address on the envelope is valid. I made many inquiries and no one in St Louis took ownership of the delivery error. I send important documents with another provider these days with regret because I was a USPS employee a very long time ago.
