Had a blade get bent on a mower took it there to have it looked at, the guy told me my crank shaft was shot because the pressure of the blade being bent and the motor was no good. Then offered to take it off my hands for a fee. I put it back in the truck for a second opinion. What do you know I just needed a new blade and been using it all summer for my business. So much for honesty. I saved $800 Always get a second opinion, ESPECIALLY from this store.
