Dr. Plante and Lauren are spectacular. I've been seeing him for a few years now. Don't worry if there are a lot of people when you arrive. Everyone works hard here, and you will most assuredly be seen at your scheduled appointment time. Dr. Plante is thorough, attentive, explains things in a way that is easy to understand, gives valuable information about eye health, and prescribes exactly what you need (not too little or too much). Lauren is easy to work with, helps find exactly the right glasses, and is friendly and efficient. I will continue with Dr. Plante and Lauren for as long as they are around! People DO make the difference.

Hands down the WORST experience i have ever had renewing my prescription. My husband and i have both worn glasses our entire adult lives and have never seen anything like this. We both went for exams and glasses. We had to make no less then 10 trips back and forth before we got the right glasses. Either our frames were wrong or our prescriptions were incorrect. The staff has no customer service skills and acted quite put out when they had to force their own mistakes. Save yourself time and aggravation and steer clear. Otherwise, expect incorrect prescriptions, defective lenses, the wrong frames and rude staff.
