Birth/Labor Support - Emotional and Physical I can provide relaxation techniques, labor positions, massage, visualization, breathing techniques, and more. Postpartum Doula- I will provide care in your home to your entire family. Some of the support I give include, assisting in breastfeeding, assisting with newborn care, picking things up at the store, light house hold chore, household organization, sleep support, sibling adjustment, pet adjustment, food preparation and more.
