      General Info
      Dr. Randy B. Carter is an Optometrist and the Director of Dry Eye Services at The Eye Institute of Utah in Salt Lake City. Dr. Carter is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, as well as a member of the Utah Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He provides comprehensive eye care, including general eye exams and specialized eye exams for patients with diabetes, glaucoma, and dry eye syndrome. Dr. Carter offers advanced dry eye treatments, including Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy and LipiFlow. In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Carter is also passionate about educating and training upcoming optometrists through the Optometric Residency and Internship program at Eye Institute of Utah.
