      General Info
      Founded in 2000, the Holladay Lions Fitness and Recreation Center provides a range of physical training programs for adults and senior citizens. It has a swimming pool, lazy river, bubble couch, water slide and play features. The center maintains a fitness area that features a variety of equipment, such as elliptical, stair steppers, treadmills, free weights, benches, racks, recumbent bikes, televisions, and cardio and weight machines. It offers water aerobics, yoga, fencing, kung fu, karate, kickboxing, dance and exercise classes and programs. The center additionally provides circuit training, body conditioning, Pilate and strength training services. It offers classes related to concentration, breathing and balancing. The center operates a day-in day care facility that organizes several summer camps and related activities. The Holladay Lions Fitness and Recreation Center is a part of Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation.
