BUYER BEWARE!!



My mother was a patient of Dr. Holly Clark until last week, when Dr. Clark chose without warning to DROP MY MOTHER from her practice, based on a conversation Dr. Clark's nurse, Jamie, had with another member of my family.



Instead of calling my mother to clarify, or even to mention that my mother's existing appointment was dropped, Gastroenterology Assoc. sent a FORM LETTER informing her that she was no longer welcome. Neither Jamie nor Dr. Clark returned numerous phone calls from my mother and me.



My mother had no part in the conversation that resulted in her being dropped and wasn't even aware the conversation with Jamie had taken place. We still haven't been able to find out exactly what was said or why she was dropped, and, at this point, apparently never will.



The inconvenience and disrespect my mother has received from Dr. Clark, her nurse (Jamie) and the office manager (Debbie) are unmatched in my experience. Because of the "business model" GE Assoc. operates under, my mother was told that she was not welcome to see any other doctor in the practice, either, even though she had been a patient of more than one over the past several years.



Keep in mind: this is how they treat ESTABLISHED PATIENTS! Neither my mother nor I are mean spirited or vindictive, but I've never experienced this degree of offense or unaccountability from a business whose stated mission is to serve people. If you're looking for a provider you can count on and who cares about the well-being of her patients, AVOID THIS PRACTICE!
