Wonderful experience,exceeded all expectations! The staff was more than helpful and I was able to find my perfect dress on a budget. Couldn't be happier!

I stumbled across this bridal shop when I was at Rolling Oaks Mall and was so pleased with the service that the entire staff gave but especially Alex. She was so helpful and even when I left my sunglasses she called me and saved them for me. I am going back for sure. My wedding was put on hold but am now ready for Alex to help me again. The prices of dresses were great and all that were pulled fit perfectly and needed no alterations in 5 dresses. Alex knows what she is doing. This store is perfect for brides.

After looking around San Antonio for a unique bridal gown I stumbled across Bridal Connection in Rolling Oaks Mall. I was in the mall looking for a gift for a friend and decided to walk in. I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by the staff. When I explained what I was looking for they took the time to show me many different styles. I did not purchase that day but when I returned during the weekend it was a breeze. The person who helped me was there and pulled my information and went right to the dress I wanted. It was a discontinued Maggie Sottero but was exactly what I wanted. I was able to put the dress on a payment plan and will have it paid off months before the wedding. I could not have asked for better service and look forward to my next visit for bridesmaid dresses. My wedding is not until July 2012 but I will definitely be using them for all of my bridal gown and party needs.

Very nice experience. I actually called 3 different stores in town to compare a Maggie dress I really liked and this store had the best price (approx $100 less).

Hi Everyone! We would like to extend our sincere apologies to everyone who recently had a bad experience at our store. We unfortunately had a disgruntled manager who spent the last few months causing chaos with such terrible customer service. I was in this store today 5/14/2011 and had the most horrible shopping experience I have ever had. At the time I went there around 5 p.m. there was a lady that asked me when my wedding was I let her know I had a jp ceremony but wanted to have a church ceremony and had not set a date yet. She proceeded to tell me that I had to set a date and a budget and come back I then told her that was fine but I wanted to look at dresses she said yeah but you need to set a budget and said here here is a website you can look at dresses there and handed me a card. I then asked her if the wedding dresses were on that wall (the left wall) she said yes and as I was pulling dresses out to look at she was "arranging" the dresses I had just looked at standing like two inches from me, keep in mind i'm not taking them off the hanger just looking at them from the rack. She didn't say a word to me the whole time I was looking but did tell the other lady that was working that she had a customer.

Wonderful service, beautiful wedding dress, treated like a queen by Maria & Marilyn. Would recommend to anyone. Also Sissy who does alterations is incredible. Sandy & Ritha
