So about five weeks ago I was in search for a great eyecare place that has great deals. So I did some research and came across Jackson & Luján Eyecare.
On their website it says, they take walk-ins which is so awesome because I'm abled to go when its convenient to myself. As I walk-in right away the ladies in the front direct me to the place I'm suppose to be. The doctors and their staff are friendly and professional. They make sure your needs are met and you are satisfied with their service. For example I went in for contacts about two weeks ago and they fitted me with a pair for a trial basis. Two weeks later I go in for a follow up and tell them at the end of the day my contacts feel alittle dry. Mind you, before I came here I had worn other contacts years before and they would irritate my eyes so much Istopped wearing them. So they give me another to try along with another solution free of charge. This is the best eyecare place by far that I've been to in San Antonio . They won't stop trying until you are truly satisfied, and that's what I call Great customer service. I Highly Recommend Jackson & Luján EyeCare to anyone that is looking for great customer service, and great prices.
