I am an out of state dealership ,I sent title work to them for a customer of ours that lives in San Antonio ,thinking it would be processed a little faster then the Bexar Tax office . I sent them a return fed ex ,to ship the license plates back to our dealership after they were issued. After not receiving them , I tracked my package online and it showed no movement .I called to find out where and when the package was shipped , she guessed at some recent date , and when I asked her how was the package sent out , picked up by a Fed Ex truck or dropped off ,or what ,she said they used a Fed Ex drop box , but didn't know what street it was on '' seriously'' That was in October ,it's December and that package has not been shipped from their business. They were not the least concerned ,they lost an envelope with personal information in it. They never even bothered with trying to locate it. My suggestion ..River City Auto Title . They replaced the items ,fast ,very professional and courteous

i.e., A locaI moved back to Texas from out of state so I had to find a place to register my car in person. I found this place through 2 websites. I thought it was strange a "government" place would open on a Saturday AND be empty when you walk in. Turns out it was EXTRA FIFTEEN dollars to get my car registered through here than through the actual government tax office locations PLUS an extra $2 for using a credit card or even a debit card. Twice when I called this location to make sure I can register an out-of-state car did they NOT tell me. Granted it did say on the Bexar website "for a minimal fee" but didn't give an exact amount. When I told the lady she basically implied it was my fault "well you could have asked when you called." How am I supposed to ask something I don't even know or even think about. Then she said it was on their wall...which I did not see b/c it was in the opposite wall facing the people at the desk. So I'm supposed to turn my head when
