DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! ALDO TOLD ME HE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT ME, AND THAT I SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Called Armada today for a tow from MoVal to Riverside. They sent a broken truck. Could not tow. Said a 2nd truck and driver would be here in 10 mins. 40 mins later, I called. The guy told me it takes time for the guy to come back and get another truck, then return. They hav a yard here in MoVal I thought? What happened to a different driver and truck? Said another 10 mins. After another HOUR, I called back. The guy said it was a different dispatcher that told be all this This guys name is ALDO. Aldo has a bit of an attitude towards me. I told him that it seems that HE DOESN'T CARE, Aldo said to me: "THAT'S RIGHT, I DO NOT CARE, IN FACT I DON'T CARE IF YOU GET SOMEONE ELSE!!". I would have if I hadn't already paid. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

I have never experienced a more professional towing company. They even offered me a free bottle of water! What service! I highly recommend this company to anyone unfortunate enough to be broken down on the road. The driver was clean and very polite. The truck he was driving was clean and smelled like new! He made a bad situation an enjoyable experience.
