I had a great experience at Stereo City. I needed a new receiver with Bluetooth and an iPhone USB port and they hooked me up installed for $170. They promised it would be ready in 1 hour and they delivered. They said if I have any problems come back and they will fix them. I had a problem pairing the Bluetooth on my iPhone I went back and they fixed it for me on the spot. Good service and good price.

I would have to agree with the others who stated there cases about the company. Tino although a nice guy will lie to you waste youre time and then on top of that, the installers will install very shabby work, nasty, ragged looking cuts, wont vacuum out the shavings and dirt, nothing professional. VERY Poor service!!!! I will not go back. I wish I wouldve looked them up prior to going there, I have to pay another company to clean up the install. Its my fault for not looking them up, dont want the hassle in small claims or trying to get them to do it right. Even had my son buy there equipment and had to take our cars back twice and still didnt complete what was needed to be done. So glad I didnt take my wifes Porsche up there. Very poor installation quality at best.

These guys are shysters.. To much to tell you, There is No return policy. it only applies to manifacture repair ONLY within 90 days of purchase. This is a racket. They have NO IDEA that top end sterios need adapters for steering wheel controls, tvs etc. that cost $100ea . I needed buy 4 but ended up w/3 cause it was going to cost me over $2k for the entire system. was told after the fact. Then if your not watching your stuff they will trade it for less expensive model. I caught them on this but they played it off as an honest mistake blamming the good price they gave. right?. Their hand written reciepts are unlegiable, they never put the part # or model # on their invoices so watch out. Ross runs the shop and Shadi and San Tino are his sales guys that will avoid you and literally leave at the counter if alone if your not buying an item. NO custermer service here ! Ross always acts like he never knows what is going on when issue arrise. I should of left when I witness two separate African Americans ( two different cust) get into it with them over not following though with THEIR part of the bargin.. I guess you learn as you go on in life.

This place tried to sell me a crazily over-priced stereo that was negotiated from $200+ Installation to $125 including installation where later i find that the stereo was worth more like $70 online.



They installed it but installed the Kit BACKWARDS causing the stereo itself to stick out about 1 inch from the top.



These guys do not know what they are doing, please don't waste you money on this place

I recently purchased a radio here that I was told was gonna have HD, iPod connectivity, and Blutooth. Before the purchase they said it would have all 3 functions but it didnt, which they told me afterwards. The stereo they sold me lack the HD feature and to purchase the adapter is going to cost another $100 dollars. They blatantly lied and told me all sales are final NO refund after they installed the radio. Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else that gets better reviews.

THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO SELL YOU THINGS THAT YOU DON'T NECESSARILY NEED OR CAN'T USE! SOLD ME AN AMP(AFTER LOOKING AT MY CAR) THAT WAS WAY TOO POWERFUL. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A JOKE. THEY START OFF HELPFUL TO ROPE YOU IN AND THEN HASSLE YOU. AFTER SELLING ME MY AMP WITH INSTALLATION THAT DAY AND KNOWING MY TIME CONSTRAINT, THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE THEY COULD DO IT. MY RECOMMENDATION TO EVERYONE IS TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I'D SHOP FOR AUDIO EQUIPMENT AT WALMART BEFORE THIS PLACE.(NOT SAYING WALMART IS BAD, JUST LIMITED.)

Stereo city has bad customer service based on false promises and stolen money. Stereo city has denied me a refund for a service that was never performed. Every day I am told that the stereo kit items purchased will be in the next following day. These lies have continued for one week. I was told the only way to get back my stolen money was to talk to the store owner. Every attempt has been made to call and physically ask for the store owner. The store workers falsely lie in saying that the store owner cannot be contacted. I have reported this fraud to my bank and a reverse transaction of $260.00 will be credited to my account in 30 days.
