The company acts as a neutral party for all types of real estate transactions and a diverse range of clients. The Escrow Division of Pickford also provides professional escrow services, but only for purchases and sales in which Prudential California Realty and Prudential California Realty, John Aaroe and Hunter Divisions is a real estate broker. The principal managers of Prudential California Realty and Prudential California Realty, John Aaroe and Hunter Divisions own 100 percent of Pickford. In 2002, Pickford Escrow become a part of HomeServices, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. Pickford Realty Escrow Division has a location in San Diego.
