Unfortunately our Urology office treating prostate cancer has an exclusive arrangement with University Compounding for supplying medical devises following removal of the prostate. We had horrible to NO service by University Compounding - we were told by their representative that a devise would be shipped directly to our home within a few weeks, that everything would be handled, no action needed by us. Over 2 months later we had not heard a word from University Compound so I called the name given as well as their Customer Service. Sylvia was no help, there was no follow up, no call back, nothing to resolve the issue at hand. Another 3 weeks went by so I called again & was told by Sylvia that she would not be helping us and she gave me another person to talk to. Sylvia blamed their 3rd party vendor, the other person I called, Steve, also blamed their 3rd party vendor. When I called that vendor they blamed University Compounding - Who do we believe??? We have now wasted over 3 months and went back to the doctor for a prescription, outside of our insurance, and found a medical devise down the street that will handle within 3 days! We will never recommend this company!
