The service was very good. I did experience bruising from my injection on my face but I have sensitive skin. They are professional, too.

The staff at Serenity MedSpa are great! I've been there 3 times for laser tattoo removal. This is not the first tattoo I've had removed, but it is the first one at Serenity, and I must say, they are highly skilled. They have made my experience a great one. Although, it's not completely a walk in the park to have a tattoo removed, I like that they make you feel at ease & I'm also usually in & out. In addition to using numbing cream, they also blow cold air on the site, while the lasering is being done & it really does help. I'm extremely happy with their service & would with no doubt recommend them to anyone seeking a tattoo removal. Also, their prices are very reasonable...definitely a plus!

I have been going here for a few years, I have been lasering the hair off of different body parts at a time. Within the two years I have been going, Serenity Medspa has upgraded their lasers three times! I am so impressed that they always have the latest technology. The staff is excellent, either Dr David or Regina who a nurse does the laser, so it comforting knowing professional medical staff are doing this.
